Your day, in the tall pines

Ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests, May through October.

How the day flows

Morning to starlight.

The cedar bunkhouse where the morning starts
Morning — the bunkhouse.

Morning

You get ready in the bunkhouse with your people, coffee in hand, while the mist burns off the meadow. No rush — the whole place is yours for the day.

The open ceremony meadow ringed by forest
Afternoon — vows in the clearing.

Afternoon

You say your vows in the open meadow, the forest wall behind you, your guests in the grass. It's quiet enough here that everyone hears every word.

Evening — dinner under the timbers.

Evening

Golden hour floods the meadow while dinner is served under the pavilion. Toasts carry. The light does half your photographer's work.

String lights over the fire-pit courtyard at the end of the night
Night — the courtyard.

Night

Dancing under the pavilion, then the fire pit under string lights. When the music stops at ten, the stars take over — this far from town, there are a lot of them.

Planning FAQ

Asked and answered.

What's the rain plan?

The timber pavilion is the rain plan. It's covered, open on three sides, and holds your full guest list for dinner and dancing — so weather never cancels your day.

Can we choose our own caterer and vendors?

Yes. We're an open-vendor venue: bring any caterer, photographer, florist, or band you love. We're happy to share local recommendations.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, with a licensed and insured bartender. We'll walk you through the simple requirements when you book.

How late can the party go?

Music ends at 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors. The fire-pit courtyard stays open for quiet conversation after.

Can we decorate?

Yes — string lights, florals, signage, and arches are all welcome. We just ask no nails in the pavilion timbers and no glitter in the meadow.

Are dogs welcome?

Leashed dogs are welcome at the ceremony. We'll ask for a plan for where your pup goes once the dancing starts.

Book the place, keep your choices. Your caterer, your music, your people — our meadow.
